2010 Results
This year has been a very successful show season for Tracy and her young FEI horse Destinado de la Hoya. "Oscar" as he is known in the barn is an 8 year old Andalusian/QH who was bred by Tracy here at the farm. He was broke as a 3 year old and gently trained on the farm until his debut at 2nd level in 2008. This year he made his FEI debut at Prix St. George and showed at three shows. His first show he got his first qualifying score and recieved FEI HIGH POINT OPEN CHAMPION, His second show was the prestigious Waterloo Dressage show July and he recieved his 2nd qualifying score and won PSG OPEN RESERVE CHAMPION, and his last show he earned a 2nd place and a 4th place.
Although qualifed we didn't NOT to attended the USDF REGION TWO CHAMPIONSHIPS in order to start preparing for the Intermeidere classes in 2011 and start schooling the Grand Prix.
We are thrilled with Oscar's first year at FEI..and Tracy's return to the FEI arena...this years show season was a JOY to attend due to all the wonderful people who were involved. A BIG thank you to Kim White and Jen Oswald for being tracy's support team... and of course Sharon for being the ever so watchful eye on the ground. And everyone else who came and supported Tracy at the shows... not to mention all old and new friends we got to see at Copper Creek and Waterloo.
Tracy would also like to make sure everyone knows how loved Oscar is... what a wonderful horse he has grown into from that adorable foal that was born not so long ago...always working hard and playing jokes! If it wasn't for Oscar's diligence Tracy is not sure where she would be today... it's the horses that make it all worthwhile.
