What's New at Rowe Stables!
BOY! We are way way behind on updates, but I promise we will be updating WAY more often now! Things have been SUPER SUPER busy here at Rowe Stables and since we have been down in the barn, the website got neglected! We apologize!
2019.... We are looking forward to a few new people to the show arena enjoying our local schooling show series, and Tracy, Tori and ?? will be showing USDF shows on various horses! Stay tuned for those updates!
At home: Tracy is riding 6 horses and all of those are working on advancing .... we are excited that 4 of those are FEI horses trained soley by Tracy... beginning to end! The future is bright!
Tracy's students are all doing super working on all levels with a few well into the FEI levels...
2018:
Due to some road closures Stellar went away to breed for the summer and took a break from training....
Tracy took the summer off showing and worked on training her horses at home...
Tori Morrissey and Riatta showed at Wyn Farm's USDF show and under Tracy's strict eye got 3 out of four scores for Tori's USDF Silver Medal the first time Tori has ever showed above First Level at a USDF show... Riatta is Tracy's FEI horse and Tori leases him to learn on.... We hope 2019 will bring the completion of her USDF SILVER!
2017:
Tracy and Oscar FINALLY got the scores for Tracy's USDF GOLD MEDAL!
Tracy, Oscar and Stellar showed all over in 2017 Michigan, Ohio and KY (for the National Dressage Pony Cup/Stellar) and the season went SUPER...
Stellar also won numerous accolades and we had a BLAST going to KY to experience the pony cup....
2016:
Tracy showed her own Oscar at Grand Prix for the first time and worked on improving the dependability of the test at a show... showing off breeds, and new Grand Prix horses proves to be a little tricky and it took some adjustments to show the judges what they wanted to see in Oscar, and build his strength and confidence at this level. Anne Gribbons says: "it takes 3 years of showing GP to get a horse where they need to be" and she is sure RIGHT about that!
Tracy also showed Stellar TVR owned by Mary Procopio at training level...his USDF Dressage debut and Stellar did SUPER scoring as high as 73% and ending up with a 68% year end average, against warmbloods in OPEN division (not pony this year) We all were super pleased with his progress, with a full book of breeding and showing he did very well!
